One year of collation of different Thought and activities, A meaningful activity for the better society, Today we(WECARE FOUNDATION) have taken a small step toward helping the society.
An anaemia detection and awareness on blood disorder Was conducted at heirok part 3.
The idea camp was mainly focus on awareness about blood disorders. The health camp was organized by "We care Foundation " in collaboration with TLYC Heirok part 3(Thank You For Hosting the Health Camps and Providing Volunteer and ads)
, SRL laboratory(Thank you for Providing Free Hemoglobin Test to Patients) and INTAS Pharmaceutical(Thank you For Co-Sponsoring). Free consultation were given by 5 doctors from JNIMS( We thanks and Appreciated the Doctors for their contribution and supports) Overall 115 patients attended the camp, and we found that about 90 patients had anaemia.
Of this 90 about 45 patients had hemoglobin less than 9g/dl.
"WECARE Foundation" thanks all the people who had contributed in making this programme a grand success.
We hope to carry on with such activities every 4 monthly in selected areas which is found to have higher prevalence of anaemia and thallasemia. This activity is purely intended at providing awareness on blood disorder. The main aim for this activity is to prevent from blood disorders.
